Immediate Problems- Guests have 2 hours to check their unit for problems and contact our office at 239-571-7368. If you are calling from a local phone please only dial 571-7368. No Smoking- All units are non-smoking- $500 fine
Swimming Pool Homes Only-
Do not touch the pool heaters or controls or you will be fined. Diving and running are not permitted in the pool area, and children are never to be left unattended. The pool is maintained once a week by a professional (leave outside screen unlocked so that they may enter).Use pool net to get out excess bugs or leaves from rain; the pool company does not come out every day to do this. Shower before entering pool; lotion and oils will clog the filter. Pool heat is only turned on in the winter. If you are requesting pool heat during May 1 - December 14 you must call our office and pay an additional fee of $75 per week extra unless already prepaid. The water level should be midway in the skimmer. If not, kindly add water and monitor accordingly.
Be sure to turn the hose off.
If the home has a spa MAKE SURE it is turned off after each use to avoid charges.
Grills - After use, leave gas burning for short time. This will burn off any food left. Then turn the grill and gas off. Brush and scrape any remaining food off while the grill is still warm. Guest are responsible to fill propane tanks for grills. This can be done at Winn Dixie Grocery Store. DO NOT USE CHARCOAL ON GAS GRILLS!
Toilets- Do not flush anything down the toilet besides toilet paper.
Garbage Disposals- Make sure to always run the water while using the disposal. The disposal should only be used for organic material. If disposal gets clogged, try the reset button under the sink before calling maintenance.
Household Supplies- The property you are staying in is self- catering. Household products such as soap, toilet paper, and garbage bags are only available upon arrival.
Stains and Carpet Care- Suntan lotion will stain furniture and bed spreads. Spills and damages could result in a charge to your security deposit. All units are checked prior to your arrival. Please report any damages to the rental agent upon registration to avoid charges to your security deposit.
Trash Pick-up Days- Mon.

Thurs. Recycle is picked up on Thurs, only. Trash must be put out the evening prior (after 6pm) to pick up since pick up times are very early AM. Trash must go out even if it is not full. If you leave before the garbage is collected, please but bins next to or in front of garage. If they are left in the garage, a strong odor and bugs will occur. Not putting the trash out or leaving the cans out will result in a charge to your security deposit. Check with our office if your rental is in Naples. Pick up times will vary.
Air Conditioning- All air conditioners must never be set under 75 degrees.
Phone- All long distance phone calls can be made by purchasing a pre-paid phone card at a local grocery store, Walgreens, or gas station.

Check out time is at 10:00 am; checking out later will result in a $75 penalty toward your security
deposit.

Return all indoor and outdoor furniture to it's original location to avoid a fine

Empty all trash & food into garbage bin outside and take to the end of driveway or front of garage

Empty out Refrigerator
·
Unload dishwasher and make sure there are no dirty dishes
·
Make sure all laundry is done except for last day linens (only one set of towels per person and one set of sheets per bed) Place them in the laundry room.
1) Radios, stereos, audio or visual equipment, sound equipment, sound amplification devices, television sets, exterior loudspeakers and similar devices.
The operation of any such device for the production or reproduction of sound, between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. in such a manner as to be plainly audible at a distance of 50 feet from the building or structure in which it is located, shall be deemed prima facie evidence of a violation of this section.
Radios, cassette players, disk players and similar devices associated with motor vehicles or motorboats, shall not be operated in such a manner as to create noise at 50 feet or more from such device, when operated on a public right-ofway, waterways, beaches, or public space.
Yelling, shouting, etc. Yelling, shouting, hooting, whistling, singing, or the making of similar noises, and loud, boisterous conduct other than normal conversation at reasonable levels, inside of or on the grounds of any public or private property between the hours of
10:00
p.m. to
7:00
a.m., so as to annoy or disturb the quiet, comfort, or repose of other persons or create a disturbance.
Main points to stress are: no parking on sidewalks or grass of homes, no parking of boat trailers on any part of the property
Except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic, or in compliance with law or the direction of a law enforcement officer or official traffic control device, no person shall:
(1)
Stop, stand or park a vehicle:
(a) Upon a street in such a manner or under such conditions as to obstruct or interfere with the free movement of traffic; (b) On the roadway side of any vehicle stopped or parked at the edge or curb of a street;
(c) On a sidewalk, bike path, or bike lane; if any portion of a vehicle obstructs or proj ects over the edge of the sidewalk, bike path, or bike lane, the vehicle is in violation of this section;
(d) Within an intersection;
(e) On a crosswalk;
(f)
Alongside or opposite any street, or obstruction when stopping, standing or parking would obstruct traffic; (g) Upon any bridge or other elevated structure upon a highway, where parking is not provided for;
(h) Within any appropriately signed or marked fire lane;
(2) Stand or park a vehicle, whether occupied or not, except momentarily to pick up or discharge a passenger or passengers: (a) In front of a public or private driveway;
(b) Within 15 feet of a fire hydrant;
(c) Within 20 feet of a crosswalk at an intersection;
(d) Within 30 feet upon the approach to any flashing signal, stop sign or traffic control signal located at the side of a roadway; (e) Within 100 feet of intersecting road right-of-way;
(f)
On any roadway pavement maintained by the city on other than duly designated parking lanes;
(g) At any place where official signs prohibit or restrict parking, or in excess of time periods authorized by such signs; (h) Along or adjacent to any curb painted red or yellow, or across the delineated boundaries of a public parking place;
(3) Stand or park a vehicle on a swale, or in a swale area, whether the vehicle is occupied or not, except momentarily to pick up or discharge a passenger, or passengers, or property, under the following circumstances:
(c) On any curbed swale;
(g) If the vehicle is a trailer; parking is prohibited at any time except when attached to a vehicle and being used in conjunction with an ongoing maintenance or repair operation such as utility repairs, public works and landscape maintenance.
